Terms of Service

This is not a form to guarantee any services provided by Renee Carter/Dyson and any other professional nurse tutor working for New Nurse University Inc.® and its subsidiaries. The services provided by New Nurse University Inc.® are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee the passing of class exams, specialty exams, nursing school, or state boards. By clicking submit when purchasing services, you (the student) agree to website terms and conditions.

Terms of Licensing 

By clicking submit and making payment, you (the student) agree that you (the student) will stay an exclusive student with the tutors of New Nurse University Inc.® and our subsidiaries, and not sign up for additional (online, self-study, or live) tutoring/coaching outside of the New Nurse University Inc.®, the statement above does not apply to hardy copy or online resources (books, question banks) you have purchased from companies for NCLEX® prep course work before or during coaching with New Nurse University Inc.® In the event, this clause is violated, you (the student) will be dismissed from services purchased in its entirety without a refund.

New Nurse University Inc.® grants you a temporary one-time license for personal use only. We do not give you permission to resale any downloads you receive that are a part of the service or program purchased. We reserve the right to take legal action against you (the student) for violating copyright and trademark, intellectual property laws, and terminated current service enrollment.

Dismissal from Service/Program

By clicking submit and making payment, you (the student) understand that if you, (the student) are accepted as a client, any false statements, omissions, or other misrepresentations made by you on this agreement may result in my immediate dismissal from any New Nurse University Inc.® program. Any slandering, derogatory, and defamation of character statements will result in legal action taken.

you (the student) also agree, not to disclose anything (except what the coach allows) from any program or service enrolled.

 

Cancelation Policy

You (the student) must give 24 hr notice for all cancelations or attendance absentee. Please review the 3 ways you can contact all coaches when canceling a program or service. Social Media messaging communication cancellations will not be accepted. If you can no longer be enrolled in the New Nurse University Inc.® service or program you will receive a refund ONLY if it’s not 5 days past your start date of the service and received copy righted materials. No other refunds or guarantees will be given.
